• Is a Practising Company Secretary for more than two years now;
• Presently, is a Member of Newsletter Committee of ICSI-SIRC and Editorial Team of SIRC e-Newsletter and Core Team Member of Chennai West Study Circle of ICSI-SIRC;
• Was previously working with TVS Group for over two years – with Sundaram Hydraulics Limited as a Company Secretary and Accounts Officer and Wheels India Limited in the Secretarial Department;
• Having experience in various aspects of corporate laws including compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI and FEMA Regulations, conducting of board and general meetings, drafting and vetting of agreements and documents, and preparation of financial statements and MIS reporting;
• Had secured All-India 11th Rank in CS Final and 8th Rank in CS Foundation exams and University 2nd Rank in B.Com.;
• Has completed CFA course from ICFAI and Diploma in Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London;
• Has been writing and editing professional articles, case studies, fiction and non-fiction books, and has a blog on corporate law updates.
